Penny started Penny Cook Recruitment at the beginning of 2011 after working for leading hospitality recruitment agencies at director level and a career in operations in hotels and restaurants.

She is passionate about people and the industry and always makes time to catch up for a chat with clients and candidates new and old. Outside of work she is a real foodie, loves to travel and is often seen cycling around Somerset.
